EXPERIENCE:
I worked for several Fortune 500 companies in San Francisco Bay Area for
30+ years in Planning Systems, Finance, & Information Systems as a Data Modeler/Programming/Systems Analyst.
I also worked as a consultant to a US Government contractors in Newport Beach & San Diego.
I am self motivated, and experienced in project management, project planning, with marketing knowledge, well versed in finance, negotiation, team building, analytical and problem-solving skills.
From 2002 to 2005, I taught at the University Of Phoenix College of Information Systems and Technology, So Cal Campus.
I live in Temecula wine country on a small ranch with vineyards.
We acquired the property in 2000. I have an in-depth knowledge of the
surrounding vineyeard properties, homes, ranches and lands.
I have the first hand knowledge of the avocado properties in De Luz as well as the estate homes in the surrounding areas.
We used to own and operate a 21 acres avocado groves in De Luz that we acquired in 1999. Both properties are income producing properties as well as superb estate home sites. We sold the grove in 2014. I currently own and manage 2 AirBnB Properties as one of their Super Host.
Before we settled down in Temecula, we traveled and searched for properties for 5 years. We searched all over California from Northern California to Central Coast, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Filmore, Santa Paula, and finally we settled for De Luz and Temecula.
